Plan your trip
Your journey, designed around you
Complete the brief below and we'll design an itinerary and quotation personally. There is no cost and no obligation to book.
How it works
Four straightforward steps
KEETAJ plans every journey by hand. You deal with real people who know the destination, not an automated booking engine.
01
Share your travel brief
Dates, destinations, group and interests — as much or as little as you know so far. Flexible dates are welcome.
02
We design the itinerary
Using resident knowledge we sequence your days, recommend accommodation and flag anything seasonal you should know.
03
You receive a clear quotation
An itemised quotation showing exactly what is included, so you can compare honestly and adjust before confirming.
04
We confirm and guide
Once confirmed we handle bookings, transfers and timings, and stay reachable throughout your journey.
Your travel brief
Tell us about the trip you have in mind
Every field beyond your name and email is optional — share what you know and we'll ask about the rest.
