We share only what is necessary with the suppliers directly involved in your trip — for example an accommodation provider or a park operator — so that your arrangements can be confirmed. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Customer reviews
If you submit a review we collect your name, email address, country (optional), star rating, the service you used, an approximate travel date and your written feedback. Your email address is used internally for moderation and, if necessary, to contact you about your review — it is never published. Reviews are held for review by our team and are not published automatically; where a review is approved, publication may include the name, country, rating and review text you consented to publish. You may ask us to withdraw a published review at any time.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are stored securely and access is restricted to the team members handling your travel arrangements.
