Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to travel arrangements made with KEETAJ Travel and Tours, established 2026.
Quotations
All prices are provided by written quotation. A quotation reflects the dates, group size, services and inclusions discussed with you, and is valid for the period stated in that quotation. Rates offered by third-party suppliers may change until a booking is confirmed.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation in writing and any required deposit has been received. We will confirm exactly what has been secured on your behalf.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms depend on the suppliers involved in your itinerary and are set out in your quotation and confirmation. We will always tell you the applicable terms before you commit.
Travel documents and entry requirements
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas and any required permits, including for cross-border excursions into Botswana. We will advise on requirements to the best of our knowledge, but entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
Safety and conduct
Wildlife and river environments carry inherent risks. Guests must follow the instructions of guides and operators at all times, and we may decline to proceed with an activity where safety would be compromised.
Third-party services
Where we arrange accommodation, park access, transport or activities operated by third parties, those services are delivered subject to the supplier's own terms.
Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and activity participation.
